The programs Thea put together are easily adaptable no matter what stage of your journey you are on or your fitness level. Thea keeps the sessions fresh and interesting, they may have similar themes however a good amount of different activates so you won’t find yourself getting bored with the same routine.
All the children love Thea and you can see that she really enjoys having the little people in and amongst it all. Thea wants all the mummies to have the opportunity to get the most out of their work outs, so she will jump in and pick up a grizzly baby or read a quick book to an unsettled toddler.”
