Cancellation Policy

We request 24 hours’ notic for session cancellations / reschedules otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attended appointments will be charged at full session (100%) rate. we often have waitlists for clients waiting for appointments and it is made more challenging when we don’t get notic of cancellations.
