Perinatal Counselling
I have a strong interest in working with women through the complexities of conception, pregnancy and postpartum transitions. From the challenges of infertility and IVF through to problematic pregnancies, birth-trauma (post physical and psychological) and postnatal depression, anxiety and adjustment to motherhood issues. I also have strong networks with other allied-health specialists in this space to try and make your healing and recovery as manageable as possible.
Young babies and children are welcome to come with you to session – I have toys, bouncy-chairs and all of the necessary baby-changing paraphernalia on-hand to ensure that you can get the support you need in motherhood.
